Join us for an evening of locally sourced food, beverages and live dinner music. If you have yet to try one of our dinners, this is an experience like no other!

Our Chef Dan Solberg from Stack Farm & Food Co. prepares an exceptional five course menu paired with Vines & Rushes Winery wines or Knuth Brewing Company craft beer. Our chef and winemaker put a lot of thought in to each course and explaining each pairing. Stack Farm and Food Co. supports small, local and neighboring farms, including their own, by thoughtfully sourcing their ingredients from these local Wisconsin growers and producers. Combined with the live music of Felix Sainz, this will be another fantastic evening at the winery!

Course 1:
Chicken Roulade stuffed with Driftless Provisions dry cured sausage served with wild salad and pickled pepper vinaigrette
Wine: Lead Shot Hard Cider
Beer: Citra Spice IPA

Course 2:
GB Packer Salad: Summer squash and zucchini with Pleasant Ridge Reserve cheese, hickory nuts, fresh herbs and preserved lemon vinaigrette
Wine: St. Pepin
Beer: Hefe”wife”zen

Course 3:
Last of Spring: sugar snap peas, asparagus, radishes, turnips, Landmark sheep’s cheese, seasoned bread crumbs
Wine: Frontenac Gris
Beer: Blue Eyed Blonde

Course 4:
Grilled Lemongrass Pork, tomato and cucumber salad, fresh herbs, Nuoc Cham dressing
Wine: Petite Pearl
Beer: Worker’s Brown Ale

Course 5:
Lemon Posset made with Prellwitz Produce strawberries, bourbon barrel aged maple syrup
Wine: Wiskonsan
Beer: Coffee Stout
