Ready for our next cooking class? 

Spring is here and with it a menu focusing on lighter and more flavorful foods. Vines & Rushes Winery welcomes Kathy McCarthy of the Savory Spoon Cooking School in Door County to introduce you to these wonderful recipes! 

The cooking class will include a hands-on cooking experience, where you will learn preparation and cooking techniques. Plus, you get to take the recipes home with you to introduce to your family & friends. Each of the courses will be paired with a Vines & Rushes wine.

Appetizer
- Shrimp Spring Rolls with Homemade Plum Sauce
Paired with LaCrescent, semi dry white

Entree/Salad - Thai Beef Salad with a Tangy Garlic Ginger Dressing
Paired with Sabrevois, dry red

Dessert - Trinidad Coconut Tart
Paired with Brianna, semi sweet white
