Join us for a chocolate flower making class with Ginger Wolff-Anderson at the winery! This class will be a hands-on experience on how to decorate cupcakes or cake with beautiful chocolate flowers for your Mother’s Day celebration.  Students will learn to: make chocolate dough, how to condition the chocolate, make a calla lily, make a rose and make a leaf.

Class fee of $20 includes frosting, utensils for completing the flowers, plus one glass of wine. The class size is a maximum of 15, so sign up now as only a few spots are available!
