Tickets for this dinner are sold out. Live music will be provided throughout the evening by Tyler Shea. Our caterers, Sodexo Food Service from the Ripon College campus provide an exceptional food experience for our guests and food courses to perfectly pair our wines with. The winemaker and chef will both be onsite to describe each course and guide you through your wine dining experience! 

Appetizer
Shrimp and bay scallop ceviche paired with LaCrescent.

Salad
Mixed hoop greens with candied black walnuts and blueberries with a Prellwitz Produce dressing paired with Sabrevois. 

Wiskonsan Course
Three cheeses from Saxon Creamery in Sheboygan, Wisconsin: 
Asiago Fresco, Pastures and Snowfields served with a balsamic and strawberry glaze paired with Wiskonsan. 

Main
Alaskan crab stuffed lobster tail with drawn butter served with baby red potatoes and mixed winter vegetables from local purveyors paired with Dry Lead Shot Cider.

Dessert
A chocolate lover’s dream! Chocolate cake, chocolate mousse, and chocolate ganache garnished with a raspberry sauce paired with Marquette Rosé.
