About the Oven
Our brick oven was made in Italy by a father and son oven building team named Artistica Salernitano. It's designed for making Neapolitan style pizzas baked at a very high temperature. The oven is 100% wood fired and the average temperature of the floor area where the pizza is baked is 800 degrees while the center of the dome ceiling is around 1,000 degrees. This temperature allows us to bake our pizzas in an average of 90 seconds.
