About the Oven
Our brick oven was made in Italy by a father and son oven building team named Artistica Salernitano. It's designed for making Neapolitan style pizzas baked at a very high temperature. The oven is 100% wood fired and the average temperature of the floor area where the pizza is baked is 800 degrees while the center of the dome ceiling is around 1,000 degrees. 🔥 This temperature allows us to bake our pizzas in an average of 90 seconds.
