OUR STORY
Vines & Rushes Winery is a winery located on the Prellwitz family farm in Ripon, Wisconsin - also the home of the Prellwitz Produce strawberry farm. Our winemaking facility and tasting room is located on the farm and we encourage you to come visit the tasting room and try our wines.
Our focus is on cold hardy grape varieties capable of surviving Wisconsin's frigid winters. Our wines are an expression of the soil, climate, farming and winemaking practices that provide a sense of place to each wine. You'll taste our commitment to a quality, Wisconsin grown wine with every sip.
WOOD FIRED BRICK OVEN PIZZA
We serve traditional Neapolitan style pizza (the original pizza style from Naples, Italy) here at Vines and Rushes!
This oven is HOT! We cook our pizzas at around 750° with a bake time of around 90 seconds. Our dough and sauces are made in-house and we feature many ingredients grown by local farms and cheeses made in local creameries.
Our pizza menu consists of traditional Margherita, build your own, as well as weekly speciality pizzas. For our build your own pizzas, sauce choices include: red sauce, bbq, white sauce and pesto. You also have your choice of regular pizza cheese or fresh mozzarella. Gluten free crusts are available by request. We also offer side and group salads.

CAUSE OF THE MONDAYS
Cause of the Mondays is our way of giving back to a region that has been a significant reason for our success as a winery. Each “Cause” has been selected by the staff at Vines & Rushes because of our appreciation for the unique impact each has on our community. Each COTM organization will receive 25% of Food Sales from their given Monday and any additional donations from that night. This provides an extra special reason for you to join us on these dates.
Half of the Mondays each year (26) will have “Causes” and the remainder will be open for the normal pizza schedule
Pizza is available from 4pm - 8pm
The winery will be open from Noon - 9pm
