Second Chance North is a small group of dog loving folks fostering dogs, in Wisconsin, for 2nd Chance Shelter (a 501c3 Non-profit, NO kill shelter) in Boaz, Alabama. Their goal is to find loving, committed homes for dogs and educate the public.
