In this 2 hour class you will learn how to make and condition modeling chocolate. It can then be formed into flowers, animals or other accents for cakes or desserts.

***Please bring the following items to class with you:

  • Container to take your rose home!

  • A silicone mat (Silpat or similar), any size

  • 2”-2 ¼” Round cookie cutter

  • Spoon from your silverware drawer

  • Gloves (optional)
