In this class you will learn the fundamentals of cake design through icing consistency, bag pressure, and bag positioning.

You will also learn creative techniques and tips to decorate your cupcakes.

Please bring the following to class:

• 12 cupcakes

• Container to take your cupcakes home

*Buttercream frosting, tips and bags will be provided.

The cost of this class is $30 and includes a glass of wine or beverage of your choice.
