Taste Local!

Chef Dan Solberg from Stack Farm & Food Co. prepares an exceptional four course menu paired with Vines & Rushes Winery wines or Knuth Brewing Company craft beer. Our chef and winemaker put a lot of thought in to each course and explaining each pairing. Stack Farm & Food Co. supports small, local and neighboring farms, including their own, by thoughtfully sourcing their ingredients from these local Wisconsin growers and producers. This will be another fantastic evening at the winery!

Menu:

  • 1st Course:
    Winter greens, Citrus, Cured Radish, Sumac Pickled Shallots, Champagne and Pomegranate Vinaigrette
    Wine: Englebright Sparkling Semi Dry White
    Beer: Potosi Good Old Potosi

  • 2nd Course:
    Spiced Honeynut Squash Soup, Crab, Hickory Nut Dukkah
    Wine: Ceresco Dry White
    Beer: Citra Spice IPA

  • 3rd Course:
    Wood-Fired Roasted Beef Tenderloin, Bone Marrow and Roasted Garlic Butter, Celeriac Purée, Leek Bread Pudding.
    Wine: Petite Pearl Dry Red
    Beer: Dark Note Dunkelweizen

  • 4th Course:
    Dark Chocolate Pot de Creme, Raspberry, Ginger Snaps, Cardamom - Maple Whipped Cream
    Wine: Frontenac Sweet Red
    Beer: Mob Craft Vanilla Wafer Porter
