P.E.O. is a philanthropic organization where women CELEBRATE the advancement of women; EDUCATE women through scholarships, grants, awards, loans, and stewardship of Cottey College and MOTIVATE women to achieve their highest aspirations.

The P.E.O HELP fund provides short-term financial help through grants to people in need who have been recommended by members of P.E.O. Chapters. A recipient may be anyone in need (man, woman, child, family) that meets the criteria of the program. The local Chapter in Green Lake / Ripon has successfully recommended many individuals who have received grants to help with a variety of needs.
