At this fun class, you will be able to select and plant three herbs in a container, then watch a cooking demonstration using some of these herbs!
Tracy Vinz from Olden Organics Farm will help you plant the herbs outside on our patio and provide hints on how to care for them. Then we will move inside and Vines & Rushes Winery chef, Dan Solberg from Stack Farm & Food Co.will demonstrate how to use some of these herbs.
