Founded in the mid 1990's by Dr. F. Mark Moore (a.k.a. The Jazz Doctor), the NCJP was inspired musically and geographically. The NCJP foundation includes Dr. F. Mark Moore on percussion & Frank Nelson on bass guitar. Other NCJP members have changed over the years, as talented musicians enter and exit the band configuration frequently.
