Our next class is focused on STRAWBERRIES, LOTS of strawberries!

Join Kathy McCarthy from Schoolhouse Artisan Cheese | Door County | Wisconsin, as she guides you through these recipes. With freshly picked strawberries from Prellwitz Produce, you will join others to make a frozen slush, appetizer, entree salad or dessert.

The cooking class will include a hands-on cooking experience, where you will learn preparation and cooking techniques. Plus, you get to take the recipes home with you to introduce to your family & friends. Each of the courses will be paired with a Vines & Rushes Winery wine.
