Kathy McCarthy from Schoolhouse Artisan Cheese, Door County, has identified some easy recipes that you will be able to create with others at this class.  She will be using Artisan WI cheeses that are sold at the winery, along with Prellwitz Produce Speciality Products and other locally grown items.

Items we will be making:
Honey Drizzled Apple Slices using Bacon Gouda produced by Marieke Gouda, paired with Crimson Semi-Dry Red Wine

Pig Skin Cheeseball using MontAmore' produced by Satori Cheese, paired with Mascoutin Dry Red Wine

Focaccia Seasoned Bread & Cheese Fondue using Snowfields produced by Saxon Creamery, paired with Knuth Brewing Company Red House Ale.

Plus some additional "sides" including seasoned nuts, Speciality Products from Prellwitz Produce paired with Wiskonsan Sweet Strawberry-Grape Blend.

The cost for this class is $25, which includes all the supplies, sampling the appetizers paired with wines/craft beer and the recipes.  Spending time with family or friends...priceless!!
