Surf 'n Turf in the Vineyard

Appetizer: 
Stuffed clams with garlic, white wine cream sauce and ginger paired with Ceresco. 

Salad: 
Caprese Tenderloin Salad topped with basil, tomato and fresh mozzarella paired with Petite Pearl. 

Cheese: 
Fresh goat cheese with roasted red pepper crostini paired with semi-sweet Hard Cider. 

Entreé: 
Soy marinated ahi tuna with strawberry mango salsa and lemon couscous paired with LaCrescent AND London broil with mushroom demi-glace and roasted vegetables paired with Marquette. 

Dessert: 
Chocolate truffle and raspberry explosion paired with Marquette Rosé.
