Our Chef Dan Solberg from Stack Farm & Food Co. prepares an exceptional five course menu paired with Vines & Rushes Winery wines or Knuth Brewing Company craft beer. Our chef and winemaker put a lot of thought in to each course and explain each pairing. Stack Farm and Food Co, Stack Farm and Food Co. supports small, local and neighboring farms, including their own, by thoughtfully sourcing their ingredients from these local Wisconsin growers and producers. Combined with the live music of Christopher Gold, this will be another fantastic evening at the winery!
