Soup: 
Baked acorn squash bisque paired with Lead Shot Semi-Sweet Hard Cider

Entreé: 
House smoked pork chop with maple bourbon glaze, rolled potato pancakes, sautéed brussel sprouts with bacon paired with Crimson

Pineapple Hill Zestar baked apple en croute baked with apple cinnamon, brown sugar, nutmeg, butter, caramel sauce and fresh cream paired with Sadie’s Charm.
