In this cooking class Chef Champion will be teaching the art of grilling and knife skills 101. In the first course, Chef Champion will show you how to fillet a whole Walleye. In addition to the break down and filleting fish Chef Champion will be featuring two different recipes for grilled Walleye. To finish it off Chef Champion will be showing you an authentic New Orleans Style dessert. This class is geared toward polishing up your grilling skills just in time for the summer.
