First Course: Dutch Apple Pie Stuffed French Toast
French Bread stuffed with Caramelized Apples, Brandy & Cream Cheese, dipped in a French Vanilla Cream Batter; then grilled to a golden crisp, finished with Wine Caramel Sauce with Streusel Topping
Paired with Frontenac Gris 2013 - Semi-Sweet White Wine
Second Course: New Orleans Style Beignet
Sweet French Pastry dough cooked to a golden crispy, topped with powdered sugar
Paired with Marquette Rosé 2013 - Sweet Rosé wine

Instructor: Chef Ace Champion
Chef Champion is a native of the great food state of Louisiana. He specializes in Cajun/Creole; the base cooking in New Orleans. Ace has over 18 years of culinary experience ranging from Certified Meat Cutter, Executive Chef, Event Coordinator, Personal Chef, as well as Cooking Class Instructor. He is also a graduated with honors at Fox Valley Tech where he majored in Culinary Arts (Accelerated) and achieved his Associate’s degree.
